SaaS Products & Subscriptions
For XSPACEWEB's SaaS products, refunds (if applicable) will be mentioned on the product pricing or subscription page. In most cases, subscription fees are non-refundable due to immediate access to digital services and infrastructure costs. In certain cases, we may offer a refund within a specific period (e.g., 7 days from purchase) if the product is not used, as specified at the time of purchase.
Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Services
Services such as domain registration, hosting, cloud infrastructure, email services or other third-party services are subject to the refund policies of the respective providers. XSPACEWEB does not control the refund policies of third-party providers and cannot guarantee refunds for such services.
